First of all, many thanks for the warm words that came with the initial announcement of our new venture. The over 1,000 likes and comments on LinkedIn truly blew us away. For those who missed it, Stephan and I founded Newbay Real Estate at the end of last year – an independent partner for logistics real estate based in Munich.

What we do? We connect capital with the right opportunities in Core+ and Value-Add transactions, and handle operational implementation with strategic foresight – for investors, users, and developers.

Our approach? Stephan and I complement each other perfectly: With his 40 years of experience in logistics and project development (including Prologis, Hines, Verdion), Stephan covers the development side. I bring nearly 20 years of investment expertise from roles in private equity, M&A, and structured finance (including Europa Capital, KPMG, Eurohypo). Together, we combine operational know-how with capital markets expertise; local expertise with an international network.

After five years together at Colliers International Germany, we look forward to taking the next steps with you as an independent partner – whether on a specific transaction, planning a logistics solution, a strategic matter, or simply exchanging views on the market. We are an independent business - Confidentiality and professionalism are at the core of our brand.

Current search profile: For our capital partners, we are looking nationwide across Germany for urban brownfields, IOS, as well as Core+ and Value-Add opportunities in the €20-200 million range.
